Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that’s profitable and growing fast.

We’re looking for a talented Lead Game Developer who wants to pioneer a new vertical of mobile gaming and build the next generation of high-converting, high-retention, and extremely profitable mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end ownership of game development

   : prototyping, production, launch, optimization.

2. Lead technical development

   using Unity (or similar engines), ensuring fast iteration and experimentation.

3. Build and maintain scalable game architecture

   optimized for mobile performance.

4. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, marketers, and leadership

   to bring game concepts to life.

5. Run rapid A/B tests

   on gameplay mechanics, levels, monetization flows, and UX.

6. Analyze player behavior and game metrics

   to improve LTV, retention, session length, and monetization.

7. Ship fast, iterate faster

   , and participate directly in shaping the gaming product roadmap.

8. Mentor junior developers

   and help establish best practices and engineering standards within the gaming vertical.

9. Participate in revenue-share upside

   aligned with the performance of the games you create.

Who Can Apply

1. Candidates with

   2–6 years of experience

   in game development (mobile preferred).
2. Candidates based in

   Bangalore

   and keen to work in office with the team 5-days per week.
3. Engineers who have shipped at least one mobile game or prototype end-to-end.

Additional Candidate Preferences

1. Bonus points

   if you have experience in the

   hypercasual or hybrid-casual mobile gaming

   space.
2. Experience building fast prototypes and optimizing games for CPI, retention, and ARPU.
3. Strong interest in monetization design (IAP, ads, reward loops).

• Unity / C# (primary)
• Strong game architecture fundamentals

• Mobile game optimization (FPS, memory, build size)
• Understanding of ad monetization & IAP systems
• Rapid prototyping
• Experience with analytics tools
