Lead Full Stack Developer

You are an experienced full-stack developer with expertise in React, Node.js, Nest.js, and MongoDB. Your role as a Sr. Full Stack Developer involves building scalable web applications, leading a team, and handling client communication to ensure successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop front-end features using React.js and back-end logic with Nest.js and MongoDB. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices. - Architect and design scalable and maintainable front-end solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and provide recommendations for improvements. **Skills Required:** - 4+ years of commercial software development experience in ReactJs, NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, and MongoDB. - Must have React experience with custom components and custom hooks development experience. - Extensive experience with MongoDB and building RESTful APIs. - Proven leadership skills and client communication abilities. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
