Description
As a Lead Full Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will work across the full stack, including frontend, backend, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. - Working across the full stackfrontend, backend, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure. - Developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficiency and security. - Implementing real-time communication using sockets and messaging queues. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. - Integrating AI/ML models (RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, etc.) into production systems. - Managing and optimizing relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). - Leveraging search and indexing tools such as Elasticsearch for scalable data retrieval. - Deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications using GCP and AWS cloud platforms. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab. - Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, Express.js, REST APIs, GraphQL. - Frontend proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript (preferred). - Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL (good to have). - Knowledge of search & caching tools like Elasticsearch and Redis. - Familiarity with messaging & streaming technologies including Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets. - Exposure to AI/ML concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM integration, and vector search. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms GCP and AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, etc.). - Proficiency in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Good-to-have skills in microservices architecture, serverless computing, API security, OAuth/JWT authentication, performance monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and Terraform/Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
