Lead Dotnet Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Lead .NET Trainer with expertise in .NET Core Web API. This role involves a combination of client/project management and technical training responsibilities. As an Associate Trainer, you will be mentoring and delivering training sessions on .NET technologies while also handling ongoing client relationships and projects. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients to ensure strong relationships and client satisfaction. - Oversee and manage ongoing .NET projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and meet project milestones. - Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs on .NET Core, Web API, and related technologies. - Develop training materials, practical exercises, and project-based learning content. - Support associate trainers and junior developers in their technical growth. - Stay updated with the latest Microsoft .NET technologies and industry best practices. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. - Hands-on experience managing client projects in a service-based or product-based environment. - Proven experience as a Trainer/Technical Mentor in .NET technologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to balance client/project delivery responsibilities with training commitments.,
