You should have 5+ years of experience in the software development field, particularly in digital transformation. Your role will involve working with customers, being part of the product delivery team, and contributing to large projects or programs across multiple geographies. You should have expertise in .NET microservices based stack, leading and mentoring teams, solving complex customer requirements, and identifying performance bottlenecks across .Net and SQL Azure stack. Experience in working with cross-cultural teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in technologies like .Net Core, React JS Microservices, Azure cloud, No-SQL databases, DevOps tools, CQRS, Stream processing is required. Familiarity with SOLID principles, unit testing, Open telemetry, agile methodologies, quality and testing best practices, Dev-Sec-Ops, and product-centric delivery is essential.
