Lead Dot Net Developer

You will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, managing project timelines, and fostering team collaboration. Your daily tasks will include front-end development, software development, and using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure knowledge sharing and effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Guide a team of C# and .net developers in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale C# and .net applications. - Architect the business requirements into technical design and lead a team of C# and .net developers to implement the applications. - Analyze user requirements, envision system features and functionality. - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development. - Contribute to team meetings, troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. - Provide technical and architectural direction to the software team supporting .Net applications. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Team Leadership and overseeing development teams. - Strong skills in Front-End Development and familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). - Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru/Coimbatore. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience working with .NET framework is a plus.,
