Job Description

Must Have:

Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python, with public GitHub repository or sample codes available.
Experience working in Test Driven Development (TDD).
Experience managing a team as a lead or manager.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience as a DevOps engineer designing, maintaining, and developing complex software, systems, and tools.
Experience with automating DevOps processes.
Programming experience with Java, Python, Bash, and Unix scripting.
Experience with Linux administration.
Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with system upgrading/patching tools like Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
Proven experience delivering and deploying commercial software solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Experience leading software development teams is a plus.
Strong capability to coordinate teams and projects effectively.
Expert knowledge in operating systems and scripting.
Security experience or understanding in cloud environments is a big plus.
Self-motivated, persuasive, collaborative, and technically curious.

What You Will Work On:

Key aspects include automation, configuration management, and tools development.
Collaborate with development teams on projects/products, focusing on reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Lead building both the team and software, always with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
