Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems. You will drive the maturity of our solution delivery processes and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them execute tasks effectively. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance internal R&D platform engineering tools, including CI/CD platforms, labs, and other critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Kubernetes Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Solution Delivery: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency. Team Coaching: Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution. Platform Maintenance: Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, and CI/CD tools such as Bamboo and Jenkins.
