By driving innovation and fostering continuous improvement, you will help enhance the overall practice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team to ensure the successful execution of the project. - Maintain clean, well-structured, and efficient code while fostering best practices and setting coding standards within the team. - Engage in project planning by defining project goals, requirements, and timelines, providing technical insights and estimations. - Identify and provide solutions to potential risks during the project SDLC phase. - Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and encouraging the exploration of new ideas. - Collaborate with designers to ensure the application's interface meets user expectations for optimal user experiences. - Support the professional growth of team members through mentorship and skill development opportunities. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying project progress and addressing concerns to ensure transparency and alignment. - Align with the organization's business goals, contributing to the overall success of the company. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in FrontEnd development, with a focus on React JS. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, CSS Preprocessors, Object Oriented Javascript, React, Redux Saga/Thunk, MVC Design Patterns, and JSON. - Hands-on experience with JS (ES6), Responsive Web Design, Mobile Application Development, Micro-FrontEnd (Module Federation - Basic), and High-Level Design and Architecture. - Knowledge of Micro application Architecture, system design, CSS architecture, and code standardization and optimization. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence (or similar tracking tools), and SDLC. - Basic understanding of DevOps, Database concepts, and BackEnd Technologies. - Experience with other Frontend Frameworks/Libraries such as Backbone.js, Angular.js, Ember.js, Vue.js is a plus. - Advanced knowledge of building systems like Webpack, including Linting, Minifying, code splitting, etc.,
