Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead client engagements to design and deliver data-driven solutions and applications.
• Requirements Elicitation: Capture requirements, challenges, and opportunities through frameworks, workshops, and client interviews.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic and operational improvements.
• Solutioning: Convert client needs into analytics-based solutions; collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to department-level strategy, setting clear objectives and measurable goals.
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall impact.
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Management from a premier institution.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, requirement frameworks, and solution design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Python preferred.
  

• Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Collaborative team player, adaptable to diverse working environments.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and eagerness to adopt emerging technologies.
