Job Description

As a Lead Consultant - Oracle Finance Project Accounting at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in implementing Planning Central, Demand Management, and Sales and Operation Planning, requiring a deep understanding of manufacturing modules. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing processes, validating designs, preparing detailed documentation, demonstrating strong research and critical thinking skills, and managing project timelines efficiently. You will also be involved in various stages of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-production support. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing processes and develop optimized future-state processes - Validate designs and identify areas for enhancement - Prepare detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents and test plans - Exercise discretion and judgment in executing daily tasks with minimal supervision - Independently make decisions and operate effectively - Possess strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail - Demonstrate excellent project and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities, organize work efficiently, and meet deadlines - Drive various stages of the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-production support for the specified applications - Conduct configuration and application setup as required Minimum Qualifications: - CA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise in Finance and Accounting - Proficiency in Oracle Applications/e-Business Suite R11i & R12, encompassing technical work, design, development, implementation, and production support - Extensive experience in developing Interfaces and Conversions for processing and validating input data using Oracle Applications Base Tables - Sound understanding of Oracle Applications concepts, particularly modules like AP, GL, AR, CM, and FA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud in Finance modules - Proven track record in Oracle Implementation and Support - In-depth knowledge of Accounting principles and Business Process Flows - Proficiency in Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH - Strong communication and customer-facing skills - Demonstrated ability to design solutions and offer process consulting services If you have expertise in Oracle Finance Project Accounting and are passionate about driving impactful transformations, this Lead Consultant position based in Hyderabad, India, is the right opportunity for you.
