Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Microsoft Power Automate with MS Copilot

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer with a strong background in building intelligent, low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot-powered experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities to automate workflows, enhance user productivity, and deliver next-generation digital solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Power Platform solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

.Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Portals) aligned with business requirements.
.Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to integrate natural language and AI-driven automation into Power Apps and Power Automate solutions..Develop and manage Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Dataverse data models..Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions-autonomous, task-oriented AI agents that interact with business data and systems via the Power Platform..Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Services..Create custom connectors, plugins, and APIs to extend Power Platform functionality..Ensure security, compliance, and governance within the Power Platform environment..Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications..Stay updated on the latest AI Builder, Copilot, and Power Platform AI features to drive innovation.

Qualifications we seek in you!
.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)..Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)..Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and integrating Agentic AI into business processes..Strong understanding of AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and AI integration within the Power Platform ecosystem..Proficiency with Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript for app customization..Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other low-code automation tools..Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and data modeling best practices..Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum qualifications
.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Applications.Proven experience of RPA development..Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script.Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients

.Microsoft certifications such as:
oPL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 (Power Platform Developer / Functional Consultant / Developer)oAI-102 (Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution).Experience developing custom Copilot plugins or AI agents within Microsoft ecosystems..Background in business process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise AI adoption..Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and ALM for Power Platform.
