Summary:

Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks across various platforms (web, mobile, APIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate QA into the CI/CD pipeline.
Define test strategies and ensure coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality is built into the product from the beginning.
Mentor and guide a team of automation and manual QA engineers.
Review and improve existing test cases and automation scripts.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
Analyze functional and technical requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Perform different types of testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and Smoke testing.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Advocate and drive best practices in QA processes, standards, and documentation.
Communicate clearly and effectively about defects, risks, and quality issues.
Continuously identify areas for automation and process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Education Qualification: BE IT / BSC IT / BCA Equivalent
Must be expert in written and verbal communication skill.
Technically strong to understand the client requirement.
Work closely with development skill.
Flexible in terms of timings and responsibility.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
