Lead Architect/ Principal Architect - Full Stack

As a Lead Architect at Fractal, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on building end-to-end Data to Decision Systems capabilities for our Fortune 500 clients. Reporting to a Principal Architect, your responsibilities will include architecting, estimating, managing, developing, and maintaining both the backend and frontend of various projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of Scrum Master, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX Engineers to drive Digital Transformation for our Decision systems capabilities. Your role will involve working closely with the data science and engineering team to integrate algorithmic output, collaborating with business and product owners to create dynamic infographics, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver project goals effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for translating technical project journeys to clients, participating in UAT, diagnosing and troubleshooting bugs, and developing and maintaining documentation for processes and applications. The ideal candidate for this position will have 13 to 17 years of demonstrable experience in designing and building enterprise web applications, with expertise in Python, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, ReactJS or VueJS, Java SE, SpringBoot or Play Framework, and common databases such as MySQL and NoSQL like MongoDB. You should possess a deep understanding of REST concepts, UI concepts, and core backend concepts, along with experience in test-driven development, responsive web design, and performance optimization. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, AWS, or GCP Services, experience in managing Sprints with Jira, working with UX designers, Microservices, Messaging Brokers, and CI/CD tools such as Github Actions or Jenkins. Problem-solving skills and proficiency with code versioning tools like GitHub are also desirable.
