Lead Architect

We are looking for a Creative Architect - Design Lead to join our dynamic team at Brewbakes Group Enterprises in Delhi. As an Architect - Design Lead specialized in Restaurant & Salon Design, you will be based in Mayur Vihar-1 with a minimum experience of 5 years. A qualification in B.Arch is preferred for this role. As the ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in designing for restaurants, food franchises, and salon spaces. Your responsibilities will include designing and documenting detailed drawings such as layout plans, civil layouts, floor plans, ceiling details, and more. You will also be responsible for developing space plans and mood boards that align with brand aesthetics and functionality. In terms of project coordination and execution, you will work closely with the Brand Team, Design Cell, Execution Team, and Vendors to ensure seamless project implementation. You will oversee high-value projects from concept to completion and provide expert guidance on material selection and functional design aspects. Your role will also involve stakeholder and client communication, where you will present and sell design concepts to clients and investors while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Keeping stakeholders updated on new design developments and ensuring consistent follow-ups will be crucial. The technical skills required for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software. Strong aesthetic and space planning skills are essential, along with the ability to translate client/investor briefs into budget-conscious design solutions and convey ideas effectively via sketches, storylines, and mood boards. In terms of behavioral competencies, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and has an entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach. Strong sense of ownership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to travel as per project requirements, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are also important qualities we seek.
