Purpose: Build and own Palvanta's core AI & engineering stack the HR Buddy, Analytics engine, Teams integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement RAG-based LLM workflows for HR Buddy and Analytics.
Build secure APIs, integrate with Microsoft Teams bot framework.
Choose and configure vector database, embedding models, caching & logging.
Guide interns on clean coding, testing, version control, and CI/CD.
Optimise accuracy, latency, and cost of model inference.
Collaborate with Founder-PM on prioritising MVP features and timelines.
Required Skills
46+ years in Python / FastAPI, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Proven experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs.
Experience deploying production LLM/RAG apps with attention to data privacy and security.
Good communicator & mentor for junior developers.
