Description
As a Lead Angular Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Angular-based applications. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding a team of frontend developers while collaborating with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable web applications. It will be crucial for you to define and enforce frontend architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines, along with conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability, staying updated with the latest industry trends and Angular updates. With a minimum of 7 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in Angular (Angular 8+ preferred), you should possess strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. An understanding of RxJS, NgRx, component-based architecture, and reactive programming is essential, along with experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack and Angular CLI, as well as testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, etc., will be beneficial. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required, supported by excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Your contributions will extend to participating in planning, estimation, and strategy sessions with product and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.,
