Description
As a Lead Analyst specialized in Odoo, your role at CGI involves working with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, create high-level scope and architecture documents, and develop Cloud Native Multi-tenant platforms and business applications using the Odoo platform. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces, guiding the development team to ensure adherence to requirements and best practices, and creating low-level design documents. Your expertise in Odoo platform capabilities, Python programming, web technologies, and database knowledge will be crucial in developing high-quality, maintainable code with maximum test automation. Furthermore, you will lead the team in building Odoo-based libraries, plug-ins, and frameworks for complex web applications, integrating with existing software platforms using Rest APIs, and ensuring high performance and availability of applications. Your role also includes containerizing deployment solutions using Docker on Kubernetes, conducting unit, system, performance, and security tests, and implementing security and data protection measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving bugs in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in computer science from Tier I Premier institutes, with 7-10 years of experience in development. Your ability to collaborate with Solution Owners, Product Owners, and Client Internal Odoo Architects, along with your expertise in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and database queries/functions, will be essential in delivering successful solutions that meet business needs.
