Lead AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of

  AI and ML architectures

  , including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and model integration.
• Develop and optimize

  GenAI solutions

  using

  LLMs, LangChain, and related ecosystems

• Build scalable

  end-to-end ML pipelines

  , from data collection to model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization.
  
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
  
• Ensure

  model performance, reliability, and compliance

  with AI governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years

  of total experience, with at least

  3+ years leading AI/ML teams

  .
• Strong experience in

  Machine Learning

  ,

  Deep Learning

  ,

  NLP

  , and

  GenAI

  development.
• Hands-on expertise in

  RAG architecture

  ,

  LangChain

  ,

  Vector Databases

  (like Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma), and

  LLM integration

• Proficient in

  Python

  PyTorch/TensorFlow

  MLops tools

  (MLflow, Weights & Biases, etc.).
• Solid understanding of
