Department: Creative / Growth Marketing Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Creative Head / Marketing Manager About the Role : Were looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with strong D igital Marketing Agency exposure to craft high-performing creatives for paid ads, social media, landing pages, and brand assets. Youll collaborate with performance marketers, content strategists, and web developers to ship assets that are not just beautifulbut drive clicks, conversions, and ROI . Key Responsibilities Design scroll-stopping creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms (static & motion). Create visual assets for social media , landing pages , web banners , emailers , infographics , and presentations . Adapt concepts into multiple placements, sizes, and ratios per platform spec; maintain naming conventions and version control. Ensure brand consistency across campaigns; contribute to and maintain style guides & design systems. Prepare production-ready files (packaged source files, export presets, layered files) and manage the asset library. Incorporate motion graphics and basic video edits for reels, shorts, and ad cutdowns when required. Ensure accessibility & compliance (contrast, legible typography, alt text guidance, licensing & usage rights). Stay current with platform trends , ad policies, and emerging formats (UGC, carousels, dynamic ads). Partner with copywriters to craft strong visual + message pairings and clear CTAs. Must?Have Skills Strong visual design fundamentals ( layout, hierarchy, color, typography ). Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience creating creatives purpose-built for performance marketing . Ability to interpret campaign briefs , user personas, and funnel stages. Comfort with rapid iteration , short deadlines, and multi-stakeholder feedback. Portfolio Requirements 812 best projects including ad creatives (before/after or variant sets), social campaigns.
