Key Responsibilities

• Design

  scroll-stopping creatives

  for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms (static & motion).
• Create visual assets for

  social media

  ,

  landing pages

  ,

  web banners

  ,

  emailers

  ,

  infographics

  , and

  presentations

  .
• Adapt concepts into multiple

  placements, sizes, and ratios

  per platform spec; maintain

  naming conventions

  and version control.
• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across campaigns; contribute to and maintain style guides & design systems.
• Prepare

  production-ready files

  (packaged source files, export presets, layered files) and manage the asset library.
• Incorporate

  motion graphics

  and basic video edits for reels, shorts, and ad cutdowns when required.
• Ensure

  accessibility & compliance

  (contrast, legible typography, alt text guidance, licensing & usage rights).
• Stay current with

  platform trends

  , ad policies, and emerging formats (UGC, carousels, dynamic ads).
• Partner with copywriters to craft strong

  visual + message

  pairings and clear CTAs.

Must?Have Skills

• Strong visual design fundamentals (

  layout, hierarchy, color, typography

• Expertise in

  Adobe Creative Cloud

  (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience creating creatives purpose-built for
