Department : Engineering & Maintenance (Instrumentation)

Designation : Associate/Executive/Asst.Manager

Exp :4-15 Years

Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech - Electrical/Instrumentation, E&I, ECE, Applied Instrumentation

Job Description

Checking of design parameters and specifications given Consultant, preparation of BOQs as per the SLDs.
Estimation of Cables, PBs, and FLP Fittings etc. required for site and get the materials by raising indent through SAP.
Preparation of work schedules, Preventive Maintenance schedules for Electrical and Instrumentation Equipments.
Preparation and Approval of Calibration schedules for instruments in CAP System.
Indenting the spare parts for electrical and instrument equipment’s.
Attending electrical and instrumentation breakdowns activities and executing the same.
Spares get from Stores by raising indents.
Preparation of documents and drawings as per the statutory authorities’ requirements and fulfilling the same.
Supporting Engg. Head in day-to-day activities.
Prepare the protocols, the same after executing of works like temperature mapping, CSV’s qualification etc...,
Attending field instruments complaints in time.
SDS Instruments and PLC Maintenance as per Procedures.
Handling of assign privileges in LMS, CAP & DMS.
