Laravel Developer

You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing robust Laravel-based applications while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, providing technical guidance to junior developers, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and develop Laravel-based applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements - Provide technical guidance, code review, and mentorship to junior developers - Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in Laravel applications - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends - Drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in PHP programming language and expert-level knowledge of Laravel framework - Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development - Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL or similar relational databases - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines - Experience with Agile development methodologies You must have a Graduate degree in B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization or a PG degree in M.Tech, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization.
