You are seeking an experienced individual to lead the PHP development team, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in PHP/MySQL web applications and prior team leadership experience. Responsibilities: - Assign tasks and ensure timely completion by the team. - Facilitate communication between the team and other departments. - Manage timesheets, resources, and schedules effectively. - Ensure quality standards are met. - Provide training and guidance to the team. - Gather requirements and oversee testing.
