About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laravel Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable web applications using Laravel and related technologies. You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications while collaborating closely with our designers, product managers, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Integrate front-end components and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow the best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Laravel Mastery: Strong command of the Laravel framework, including its core components like Eloquent ORM, Blade Templating Engine, Routing, Middleware, and the Artisan CLI.
• PHP & OOP: Excellent proficiency in modern PHP and solid adherence to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architectural pattern.
• Database Management: Expertise in designing, optimizing, and querying relational databases like MySQL (or PostgreSQL/SQLite), including writing complex and efficient SQL queries and utilizing Migrations.
• API Development: Proven ability to design, build, and maintain robust, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs (and often experience with GraphQL).
• Front-End Integration: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with experience integrating Laravel with modern front-end frameworks/libraries like Vue.js or React, or Laravel-specific tools like Livewire or Inertia.js.
• Testing & Quality: Experience with writing and executing various tests, primarily Unit Testing and Integration Testing (e.g., using PHPUnit and Laravel Dusk).
• Version Control: Expert use of Git for collaborative development, including complex branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
