Job Overview

The Laravel Developer is responsible for designing and developing high-quality web applications using Laravel and React.js. The role involves writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver robust and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Laravel, PHP, React.js, and web development best practices, with hands-on experience in Laravel projects, and should be comfortable working both independently and within a team Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications using Laravel and React.js.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and developers, to build and enhance applications.
Oversee the full software development lifecyclefrom requirements gathering to deployment.
Provide technical mentorship and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance.
Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure development efforts align with business Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2- 7 years of experience in PHP development with Laravel and strong expertise in React.js.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies and state management Redux, Context API.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database design principles.
Proficiency in Git for version control.
Strong knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and SEO principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead teams effectively.
Strong communication Skills:
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Environment:
Leadership role in a collaborative office setting.
May require occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
