Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, guests, and visitors as required.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and other clerical support tasks.
Assist in organizing and preparing meeting rooms before and after use.
Collect and distribute documents, couriers, and parcels within and outside the office.
Support in stocking and replenishing pantry supplies and stationery.
Perform basic errands such as banking, post office, or vendor visits when required.
Assist staff in minor tasks to ensure smooth daily office functioning.
Adhere to office hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

Basic education (High School preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Polite, punctual, and well-groomed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy and reliable.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, on-site role.
May require flexibility for errands outside normal office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
