About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the deepest technical expert to escalate support tickets to Microsoft and work with their engineers to resolve complex issues on behalf of clients.
• Design, develop, and implement secure Azure Cloud and D365 solutions.
• Develop and implement Terraform IaC Pipelines and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Provide QA services by designing, administering, and executing test cases.
• Contribute to technical product ownership by refining the product backlog and providing cost estimates for Azure administration.
• Possess a strong technical background with a deep understanding of data management, cloud technologies, system/data integrations, and software development processes.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft .NET full-stack development including C#.Net, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and EF Core.
• Extensive experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices, including automation of build processes and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with secure coding practices and source code management tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present complex technical information to various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications, such as DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100).

• Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.

• Agile/Scrum certifications.
