Please find below the JD for Tier 3 Support Engineer for TDS,

No of Position: 1

Location: Remote

Experience: 10+ Years

Communication: Excellent

RMM Tools & Automation
Proficient with Kaseya, Automate, and ConnectWise RMM
Strong background in automation scripting and deployment
Deep understanding of system monitoring, patch management, and remediation workflows
Azure / Entra Platform
Expert-level knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint
Proven experience with migrations from on-premise Active Directory and file servers to Azure
Familiarity with licensing, security, and compliance best practices in Microsoft 365 environments
Advanced Networking & Troubleshooting
Strong skills in configuring and managing routers and switches
Experience with subnetting, VLANs, firewall rules, and content filtering
Hands-on experience with VPNs (branch office and point-to-point configurations)
Ability to design and troubleshoot complex, multi-site network environments
Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell
Ability to resolve complex domain, Group Policy, and system-level issues
