Level 2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support

  Microsoft 365

   environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Admin Center).
• Handle

  Veeam Backup

   configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Provide

  remote access support

   using tools like

  TeamViewer

  .
• Monitor and manage systems via

  BMS (Kaseya)

   and maintain documentation in

  IT Glue

  .
• Deliver

  general server support

  , including setup, troubleshooting, and

  Windows Server/Onsite Domain Controller

   configurations.
• Administer and support

  RDS servers, Gateways, and File Servers

  .

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support (preferably with an

  MSP

  ).
• Strong understanding of

  Windows Server

  ,

  Microsoft 365 administration

  , and

  network fundamentals

  .
• Experience with

  remote monitoring tools

   (Kaseya preferred) and

  backup management

   (Veeam).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.
