L1 DevOps Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing

DevOps projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience leading cross-functional

teams, coordinating with DevOps engineers, and acting as the SPOC for global clients

(preferably in a US environment).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end DevOps projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

• Act as the primary SPOC for clients, providing live updates and progress reports.

• Lead and coordinate rotational teams across development, operations, and DevOps.

• Collaborate with DevOps engineers for CI/CD, automation, and deployment support.

• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines

and budgets.

• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, especially in a US client

environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management for

DevOps projects.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud

environments such as AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Proven track record of delivering DevOps-focused projects in enterprise

environments.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Experience managing distributed/rotational teams.

• Flexibility to work with US-based clients/time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe certification.

Prior hands-on experience in development or DevOps roles.
