Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Network Protocol Developer with a strong background in C programming and extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals, specifically in Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) protocols, including VxLAN, BGP, and OSPF. The ideal candidate will have experience in containerization and disaggregation of network protocols, along with hands-on expertise in Cisco technologies, such as Cisco IOX and NX-OS. The role will require a deep understanding of control and data plane concepts and the ability to develop and enhance networking protocols in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: C Programming & Network Protocols: Design, develop, and enhance network protocols using C programming. Expertise in L2 and L3 protocols, including VxLAN, BGP, and OSPF, to ensure optimal functionality and performance in network systems. Collaborate with network teams to implement and test protocol updates, patches, and enhancements.
