Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and manage APIs using Kong API Gateway and IBM DataPower.
Implement API security, authentication, authorization, and traffic management policies.
Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate APIs with backend applications, microservices, and external systems.
Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams for CI/CD and deployment automation.
Monitor and maintain API infrastructure, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway and IBM DataPower.
Knowledge of API design (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) and API lifecycle management.
Experience with security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, TLS, LDAP, etc.).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
