Job Location: Rain Cements Ltd, Unit - 2, Sreepuram, Boincheruvupalli (Village), Peapully (Mandal), Nandyal (District), Andhra Pradesh 518220

Job description:

Rain Cements, a thirty-nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking the experienced Kiln Operators for cement plant operations at its plant Unit - 2, Sreepuram, Boincheruvupalli (Village), Peapully (Mandal), Nandyal (District), Andhra Pradesh 518220.

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret kiln trends (temperature, pressure, draft, O, CO, NOx, etc.)
• Understanding of kiln chemistry (LSF, SM, AM, C3S, C2S, free lime, etc.).
• Troubleshooting kiln rings, coating, kiln draft, burner problems
• Team coordination with field operators & shift engineers.
• Strong focus on safety & environmental compliance
• Ability to take quick decisions during process upsets

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong exposure to kiln & pyro process operations is a must
• Hands-on experience in kiln & cooler operation from CCR
• Knowledge of preheater, kiln, cooler, coal mill and feeding system
• Good communication & reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) from reputed college/university
• Minimum 5 years of experience as CCR Operator (Kiln) role in cement manufacturing company.
