KFC Team Member

Role Overview:

As a Team Member in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food as per brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Prepare and serve food & beverages as per company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen and service areas.
• Assist in stock management, replenishment, and waste control.
• Work at different stations (cashier, kitchen, service counter, delivery dispatch) as assigned.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support the store team in achieving daily sales and service targets.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate (freshers welcome).
• Prior experience in QSR, café, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
