D2C Manager
We are seeking a results-driven D2C Manager to lead the growth of our digital commerce ecosystem. The role involves scaling sales across our own D2C platforms (website & app) and driving growth on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accelerating our own brand sales, improving visibility, and delivering a superior consumer experience across online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
D2C Growth (Website & App):
- Own end-to-end P&L for the D2C channel.
- Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase through performance
marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty programs.
- Improve website/app funnel metrics (traffic, conversion rate, basket size, repeat rate).
- Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to enhance user journey and checkout experience.
Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce):
- Build and execute growth strategies for marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Manage relationships with marketplace category managers and negotiate for visibility/marketing slots.
- Drive demand through sponsored ads, platform marketing tools, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor pricing, inventory health, reviews/ratings, and competition.
- Ensure operational excellence: order fulfillment, SLA adherence, and stock management.
Own Brand Sales Acceleration:
- Strategically position and scale in-house brands across all online channels.
- Identify white spaces and new product opportunities based on consumer insights and marketplace data.
- Create visibility and differentiation through targeted campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure availability and optimize inventory turns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA or relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce.
- 4-7 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace management.
- Proven track record of scaling online sales for consumer brands.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, CRM tools).
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, Quick Commerce dashboards, and D2C marketing channels.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
