We are hiring a UI/UX Designer, a passionate and fast-learning creator who can transform ideas into intuitive and engaging designs. You’ll collaborate across teams to craft seamless digital experiences that help learners and educators connect more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system and visual language across products.
• Conduct quick usability checks, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience.
• Support UI/UX design needs for both new and existing Lumos products.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of components, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX design or internship experience in product design.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Ability to turn feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to explore new design challenges.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Stipend (Internship): ₹17,500/month for the first 2 months
• Post-Internship CTC: ₹4 to ₹6 LPA based on performance and skills
• Work Location : Bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
