About the Role:

Junior Software Tester

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of our software applications and projects.
Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
Clearly document defects and communicate them to the development team.
Work closely with developers to verify fixes and ensure high-quality releases.
Approve builds for production deployment after successful testing.
Contribute to writing unit tests and automation scripts (a plus).
Continuously learn and grow your skills in software testing best practices and tools.

Requirements:

Any Bachelors degree (B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech, etc.) — no specific stream required.
Completion of training in software testing — such as Manual Testing, Automation Testing, or related QA courses.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of writing unit tests or automation tests is an advantage.
