Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while learning and growing in a collaborative environment.
Backend Development & Learning:

Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Java & Spring Boot .
Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases.
Work on minor bug fixes, enhancements, and small feature implementations.

AI & Productivity Enhancement:

Explore and use AI-driven coding tools (eg, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.
Be open to experimenting with AI-powe'red automation in development workflows.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with senior engineers for guidance and mentorship.
Understand business and technical requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to help the team in any challenges and contribute to team success

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge in Java, OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms
Basic understanding of Spring Boot & REST APIs (academic or project experience preferred).
Exposure to SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc).
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and good communication
