Junior RPA Developer

As a Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Modelling, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Robotic Processes. - Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices. - Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions for future development. - Working with stakeholders to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, and ensuring system quality. - Assisting in the construction of Business Cases and identifying opportunities to support the further adoption of RPA solutions within the organization. - Sharing experience and knowledge to contribute to recommendations and solutions aligned with industry best practices. - Maintaining RPA Documentation and ensuring proper knowledge transfer to stakeholders and users. - Participating in trainings to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices. - Managing project timelines, quality, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in engineering and/or Computer Science. - Minimum 6 years of experience in RPA platform: Automation Anywhere. - At least 4 years of professional experience in programming skills such as C#, Java, HTML, CSS, VB, .NET, SQL, and Relational Databases. - Minimum 3 implementation project experiences in the Oil & Gas domain. - Experience with Process Analysis, Design and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Testing, UAT, and Bug fixes. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
