Junior Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing bench resources efficiently and ensuring rapid project allocation. Your main objective will be to optimize resources, drive efficiency, and meet client demands while aligning with the company's business goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Information Technology, you will need to provide detailed reports on all aspects of resource management and project deployment. Key Responsibilities - Manage bench resources to ensure efficient assignment to active projects, with a focus on swift action and results. - Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and client teams to allocate resources to client projects promptly and accurately, emphasizing speed to market and seamless onboarding. - Monitor client projects to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, driving extensions or rollovers to maintain resource engagement. - Make decisions in alignment with the company's business goals, emphasizing revenue growth, resource utilization, and exceeding client expectations. - Provide real-time reports on client project allocation, project health, and opportunities for extensions or rollovers to senior management. - Deliver comprehensive reports to the VP of IT on bench management, project allocation, and staff augmentation, offering detailed insights at every level. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related fields. - 1-3 years of experience in project or resource management, focusing on staff augmentation. - Ability to manage resources effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. - Strong communication and analytical skills for delivering detailed, actionable reports. - Results-oriented problem-solver with a passion for maximizing resource efficiency and project success.
