We are an innovative SaaS company focused on building cutting-edge solutions in the cloud and SaaS management space. As we scale our product and engineering teams, we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day development tasks and help us deliver high-quality features faster.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in managing software development projects, familiar with Agile methodologies, and experienced with tools like YouTrack, Jira or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day software development activities across teams in an 

  Agile environment

  .
• Work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to plan sprints and track progress.
• Manage and maintain project tracking systems (e.g., 

  YouTrack, Jira, or similar

  ).
• Monitor project metrics including 

  velocity, sprint burndown, delivery timelines

  , and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and work proactively to remove blockers to keep the team on track.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Requirements

• 1–2 years

   of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of 

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Hands-on experience with 

  project tracking systems

   like YouTrack (preferred), Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with tracking and analyzing project metrics such as 

  velocity, delivery timelines, and team productivity

  .
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., 

  Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

• Experience working with distributed or remote development teams.
• Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based product development environments.
