Junior .NET Developer

You will be involved in custom web development in .NET throughout the entire project life cycle. Your role will include: - Developing custom .NET applications for Office Automation tasks - Creating custom features for branding and additional functionality - Implementing custom workflows - Providing end user support for the above products - Documenting the above products To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Excellent knowledge of Server technologies & architectures (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS) - Good knowledge of Web Technologies & Languages (IIS, AJAX, C#, ASP.Net) - Very good knowledge of Workflow Development - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools (Visual Studio) - Familiarity with front-end technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery) - Good writing skills and experience with end user documentation - Experience with issue tracking and project management tools - Proven experience interacting directly with end users - Results orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of user needs of a large decentralized organization Experience Required: - At least 1 year hands-on development experience as well as several years of solid experience with ASP.NET and SQL Server - At least 1 year hands-on development experience with Web Technologies & Languages (IIS, AJAX, C#, ASP.Net, CSS, HTML),
