Junior Flutter Developer

Job Title: Junior Flutter Developer (1–2 Years’ Experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Flutter Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. You’ll work on real-world mobile app projects with strict timelines and should be comfortable handling work pressure.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on Flutter (Dart) development experience
• Must currently reside in West Bengal (No remote option)
• Immediate joining is mandatory
• Strong grasp of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod)
• API integration (REST), JSON handling, and Git proficiency
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles
• Having at least one live app on the Play Store/App Store is preferred
• Knowledge of React Native is a plus (not mandatory)
• Must use AI tools effectively (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.); candidates who don’t leverage AI in their workflow will not be considered

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Fast-paced role with ownership and delivery under pressure
• Regular code reviews and performance discussions
• Exposure to the full mobile app development lifecycle

Compensation:

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
