Junior Flutter Developer

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for mobile application development and a solid understanding of the Flutter framework. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

5. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

6. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.

8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

9. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience as a mobile application developer with at least 1 year of experience.

3. Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

4. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

5. Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

6. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

7. Experience with version control systems such as Git.

8. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

10.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with native Android and iOS development (Java/Kotlin for Android,

Swift/Objective-C for iOS).

2. Knowledge of Firebase or other backend services.

3. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

4. Experience with UI/UX design principles and Material Design.

5. Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects available for review.

6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Working Conditions:

• This position may require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
• Work may be performed in an office environment or remotely, depending on business

requirements.

• The Flutter Developer may need to collaborate with team members in different time zones.

Additional Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in high-quality Mobile App Development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.

2. Strong knowledge of Flutter Framework, Dart Language, and integrating Flutter frontend with Restful APIs.

3. Familiarity with mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, security, and scalability.

4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for code collaboration and management.

5. Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration, including handling asynchronous data and error states.

6. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

7. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.

8. Experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

9. Good understanding of Android and iOS platforms, including platform-specific capabilities and limitations.

Pay: ₹296,357.63 - ₹600,000.00 per year
