Job Title: Junior DevOps Engineer (Night Shift)

Location: Sector- 63, Noida
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Experience: 1–1.6 years

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing cloud operations team. You’ll be working closely with our development, QA, and infrastructure teams to maintain, monitor, and optimize our production environments.
This position requires working in night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM IST) to support our U.S. operations and ensure 24/7 uptime across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production systems, services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in deployment automation, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot build failures, ECS/EC2 tasks, and network-level issues during deployment windows.
• Maintain cloud environments (AWS preferred) — EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM.
• Support continuous integration and delivery using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
• Write and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure smooth production releases and system health checks.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, RDS, IAM)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
• Hands-on with Docker and container-based deployments
• Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting
• Understanding of Git and version control workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog
• Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS, Security Groups)
• Experience with Python or Bash automation scripts

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• DevOps or Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS DevOps Associate) are a plus
