Junior Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in PHP and a keen interest in working with Magento 2 for e-commerce solutions and Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development. Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications using PHP and the Magento 2 framework.

· Contribute to the development of cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework (Dart).

· Collaborate with senior developers and designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code.

· Identify and troubleshoot bugs, and perform routine code optimizations for performance.

· Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality are maintained.

· Learn and integrate new technologies and tools as required by project needs.

· Work within version control systems, primarily Git.

· Communicate effectively with team members on project progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1-2 years of professional experience in software development.

· Solid understanding of core PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

· Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with the Magento 2 platform (e.g., themes, layouts, modules, component development).

· Demonstrable experience in developing applications with Flutter and Dart.

· Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. And backend technology: PHP.

· Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON for integration.

· Familiarity with version control systems, like Git.

· Basic understanding of MySQL or other relational databases.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· A passion for learning new technologies and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

· Experience with Adobe Commerce Magento 2 Open Source (preferably above v2.4.5).

· Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).

· Familiarity with Composer, Node.js, and NPM.

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Understanding of Magento 2 admin side structure.

· A portfolio of personal projects or contributions to open-source projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
