Junior Copywriter

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Copywriter who lives and breathes sports.

You'll be responsible for crafting compelling copy across multiple touchpoints - from social

media and digital ads to campaign slogans and branded content - that speaks to fans, fuels

conversations, and drives brand resonance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for sports campaigns across digital,

social, and on-ground platforms

• Develop taglines, captions, scripts, and storytelling concepts for major tournaments and

team promotions

• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring sports campaigns

to life

• Tailor messaging for different sports audiences, ensuring tone and voice match brand

guidelines

• Stay on top of sports trends, pop culture moments, and viral conversations to tap into

real-time content

• Craft copy for athlete-led content, matchday coverage, fan engagement posts, and

branded partnerships

• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in sports, digital marketing, or advertising

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in the sports or lifestyle space

• A deep understanding of cricket, football, and other mainstream Indian sports

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines

• A sports fan who understands fan culture, fandom behavior, and brand voice nuances
