Job Description

You are an experienced Business Analyst who plays a crucial role in identifying, researching, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to meet the needs of clients and the market. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients and internal departments to gain a clear understanding of business challenges and effectively address them. You will be accountable for project delivery to clients and internal organizations, involving various tasks such as requirement discussions, project scope clarification, defining functional specifications, liaising with development and testing teams, overseeing testing procedures, creating user documentation, and developing blended learning plans. It is essential to ensure adherence to business and system development methodologies while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Encouraging active participation from clients and other departments in different project phases and providing support pre and post-project, including requirements definition and quality inspection of design documents, is also part of your role. As a Business Analyst, you should possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an MBA, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in business analysis or a related domain. Your skill set should include exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, the capacity to influence stakeholders and collaborate with them to identify viable solutions, excellent documentation skills, expertise in creating BRDs and functional specification documents, familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies, proficiency in generating detailed reports and delivering presentations, competency in quality assurance and project management tools, excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, a track record of leading successful projects, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Your duties will involve evaluating business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions, staying informed about the latest process and IT advancements to drive system automation and modernization, conducting meetings and presentations to share insights, performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating outcomes, effectively sharing insights and plans with cross-functional teams and management, extracting crucial information from stakeholder meetings to produce informative reports, conducting user acceptance testing, managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, managing resources and priorities effectively, monitoring deliverables to ensure timely project completion, and collaborating as a team player to manage tasks, coordinate work, and align with end deliverables and client timelines.,
