What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our existing applications built on

  Java

  .
• Actively participate in the design and development of new microservices using

  Spring Boot, MongoDB Atlas, React/Next.js

  , and

  Kubernetes

  as we transition to a cloud-agnostic architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience solid hands-on experience in software development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in

  Java

  is essential.
• Experience with building backend services and

  APIs

  .
• Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g.,

  Angular

  or

  React/Next.js

  ).
• Understanding of database concepts (relational and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Full-stack understanding

  with the ability to work across different layers of an application.
• Well-versed with engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for building high-quality software and a desire to make a significant impact in the healthcare domain.
